I don't know but here's what I do know. They're a startup, so spending a lot on R&D. Last summer I spoke with someone there who said they do want to increase their hours and locations.
Yes for now but they're saying informally they want to increase to more standard hours soon. Hopefully sooner rather than later!
No there isn't.
From menu: "All the burgers contain dairy (eggs, butter) and gluten. They may also contact oysters, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper. If you have an allergy please let us know. We cannot currently offer substitutions"
11:30-2 Wed-Fri and yes anyone can come
Starting this week they are open to the public Wed - Fri 11:30 to 2.
